Back in 2012, I joined Uber as one of the first 100 employees. Over 6 years, I helped Uber go from a startup in ~10 cities to a company with over $10B in annual revenue.

Why should you want to work with me?
I’ve spent more than a decade in tech as an operator and have a good sense of what works (and what doesn’t). I know how to scale a high growth company, but I also know what it feels like to be in the trenches on the hardest days. While I won’t always have the answer, I will always speak the truth. When shit happens, I want to be on your speed dial.
What companies are the best fit?
I work across industries + stages, but find myself most often spending time with venture backed founders running Seed, Series A and Series B companies. What this typically means is that you have a product in the wild, have some degree of product market fit and are thinking about how to scale. More than anything, I love working with ambitious, curious founder led companies on a mission to change their industry.
How much does it cost?
I operate on a monthly retainer with a 3 month minimum. Generally speaking, working with me is faster than using an executive search firm and less expensive than hiring a full time COO. When I partner with your business, my mission is simple: to deliver as much value as possible.
